Request, review, then quote
A print request asks Troy Photos to evaluate an image and proposed specifications. It does not reserve production, guarantee availability, create an accepted order, or authorize a charge. Size, crop, material, framing, turnaround, shipping, tax, and price are confirmed separately before any work begins.
Your own image
If you upload an image, you confirm that you created it or have permission from its copyright owner to reproduce it. You give Troy Photos limited permission to inspect the private evaluation copy. Your browser may reduce a large file before submission; the original remains on your device. If you approve a later quote, Troy Photos will arrange a separate secure transfer for any production-resolution file that is needed. You keep ownership of the image.
Troy Photos may decline files with watermarks, unclear ownership, insufficient resolution, unsafe content, or production requirements that cannot be fulfilled. Professional studio, school, wedding, commissioned, or licensed photographs may require written permission from the photographer.
Private use of customer files
A customer upload is stored separately from Troy Photos portfolio photographs. It is not published, advertised, posted to social media, or treated as Brandon’s work. Access is limited to authorized administrators handling the request.
Production approval
If a request can be fulfilled, Troy Photos will provide a separate quote and any production-specific terms. No payment information should be sent through the request form or by ordinary email. A future approved order will use a hosted payment method.
Questions or removal requests
Use the site’s contact form and include the print reference number if you need to correct or withdraw a request. Customer files and request records may be permanently deleted from the protected studio when they are no longer needed.
