Collect less. Protect what remains.
The public portfolio does not require an account or collect payment-card data. Contact and print-request forms ask only for the information needed to reply, assess a request, or prepare a quote. Customer-uploaded images are private request material and are never presented as Troy Photos portfolio work.
Access is limited and reviewed
Private business tools are restricted to named administrators. Sensitive actions are checked by the server, customer files are kept separate from the public archive, and the service is reviewed as its features and providers change.
Reliability without false promises
No online service can truthfully promise zero risk. Troy Photos uses established, testable safeguards, maintains recovery material, minimizes dependencies and stored data, and treats reported concerns as operational issues requiring prompt review.

Report a concern privately
If you believe you found a security problem, submit a private report with the affected page, observed behavior, and safe reproduction steps. Do not access, retain, or transmit another person’s information, and do not include passwords or access tokens.
