Using this website
You may browse Troy Photos and share links to its public pages for personal, lawful use. You may not interfere with the website, attempt to bypass access controls, submit malicious material, impersonate another person, or use automated systems in a way that degrades the service or violates these terms.
Photography and site content
The photographs, written material, design, and branding displayed on this website are protected by applicable copyright and other laws. Buying a print or viewing a photograph does not transfer copyright. Unless Brandon gives written permission, you may not reproduce, republish, sell, scrape, train an artificial-intelligence system on, remove attribution from, or create commercial derivatives of the photographs.
You may link to a public page or use ordinary platform sharing features that preserve the original link and attribution. For editorial, commercial, advertising, publication, or other reuse, submit a licensing inquiry.
Inquiries, quotes, and availability
A contact submission, print request, or licensing inquiry is not an accepted order, contract, reservation, or guarantee of availability. Troy Photos may review the request, ask for more information, decline work, or provide a separate written quote. No payment is collected through the inquiry forms.
Customer-provided images
If you submit your own image for print evaluation, you confirm that you created it or have permission from the copyright owner to reproduce it. You grant Troy Photos a limited permission to store and use the private evaluation copy only to review, quote, and—if you later approve a quote—fulfill the request. Customer images are not added to the public portfolio or used for promotion.
Children and teenagers
This site is not directed to children under 13, and visitors under 13 may not submit personal information through its forms. A parent or guardian may contact Troy Photos in their own name. Visitors ages 13–17 may make a general inquiry, but a parent or guardian must participate before any purchase, license, or commission is agreed.
Accuracy and external services
Troy Photos aims to keep public information accurate, accessible, and available, but an uninterrupted or error-free service cannot be promised. Links to Instagram or other third-party services are governed by those services’ own terms and privacy practices.
